Pumpkin Fury update 0.9.1

This is probably last update for now, cause I'm gonna focus on other projects. 

Here is an update for my farming roguelike game:

• Added encyclopedia with all pumpkins in the game
  
• Enemies now despawn in the morning
• Added visual effects and sounds to enemies despawn and pumpkins growing
• Added useful tooltips during the game
• Fixed immortality bug
